TotalEnergies Exploration & Production runs hundreds of innovation projects each year, across operating performance, environmental impact, safety and ROI. The teams had no shared framework to compare them, and the executive committee had no shared screen to review them.
The brief
Design and build a digital platform dedicated to innovation governance. It had to give executives a clear, measurable framework to assess any innovation project, and a real-time interface that supported strategic decisions, scale-up, pivot, or discontinue.
The solution
Giza. A platform that integrates 3D visualization and interactive dashboards to measure the proven value of projects across five dimensions. Designed and shipped end to end by the B One Tech Factory, scoping, UI / UX, build, project management and QA.
